TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TB Worldwide website and hub platform (the “Platform”).
TB Worldwide is owned and operated by Team Bros Company LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using TB Worldwide, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

1. Corporate Structure and Brand Relationship
TB Worldwide is a centralized hub platform under Team Bros Company LLC.
Team Bros Company LLC operates multiple brands and sectors, including but not limited to:

Technical Branding Company
The Worldwide Company

Each brand operates distinct products, services, and subscription programs.
Examples include:
Technical Branding Company
• TB Max
• Merchandise
• Print-on-demand products
• Brand services
The Worldwide Company
• Worldwide Pro
• Worldwide Premier
• Digital education services
All brands are owned by Team Bros Company LLC but may operate under separate website domains, product systems, and policy frameworks.

2. Separate Terms and Privacy Policies
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Each product, subscription, website, or service accessed through TB Worldwide is governed by its own independent Terms of Service and Privacy Policy specific to the brand and sector under which it operates.
By accessing or purchasing:
• TB Max or merchandise → you are additionally bound by Technical Branding Company’s Terms and Privacy Policy.
• Worldwide Pro or Worldwide Premier → you are additionally bound by The Worldwide Company’s Terms and Privacy Policy.
• Any other future product or service → you are bound by the Terms and Privacy Policy of the specific site or sector under which it is offered.
If a conflict exists between these TB Worldwide Terms and a brand-specific Terms of Service, the brand-specific Terms shall control with respect to that product or service.
TB Worldwide does not replace, override, or merge brand-specific policies.

3. Nature of TB Worldwide Platform
TB Worldwide functions solely as a centralized access hub.
The Platform may:

Provide navigation to affiliated brand websites
Provide links to subscription dashboards
Display executive profiles
Provide centralized login redirection
Showcase products or service summaries

TB Worldwide does not guarantee uninterrupted access to services hosted externally.

4. Payment Processing and Sales Channels
Transactions accessed through TB Worldwide may be processed through third-party platforms, including but not limited to:
• Whop
• Gumroad
• YouTube
• Shopify
• Spring
• Other affiliated e-commerce or subscription providers
All payment information is processed securely by the respective third-party platform.
Team Bros Company LLC does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive billing information.
Users must comply with the terms and privacy policies of each third-party payment processor.
We are not responsible for:

Platform outages
Payment processor errors
Authentication failures
Login or subscription syncing issues

5. Subscription Changes and Evolving Benefits
Subscription features, benefits, pricing, and structures across all brands may change at any time.
Displayed benefits:

May be updated
May vary by country
May reflect internal assessments
Are not guaranteed to remain permanent

Continued use of any service constitutes acceptance of modifications.

6. Intellectual Property
All branding, design elements, service structures, subscription materials, logos, and digital assets displayed on TB Worldwide or affiliated brand websites are the exclusive property of Team Bros Company LLC.
Users may not:

Copy or recreate logos
Redistribute subscription content
Resell digital services
Reverse engineer platform structures
Use branding for commercial gain without written authorization

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Marketing Language and Product Descriptions
Certain descriptive statements, comparisons, internal performance assessments, or promotional claims:

May reflect internal testing
May reflect brand positioning
May not represent third-party certified claims

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional descriptions are not legally binding performance guarantees.

8. Executive Profile Pages
Executive and leadership profiles displayed on TB Worldwide are informational and subject to change.
They do not create contractual guarantees, investment offers, or employment commitments.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
TB Worldwide and all affiliated services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:

Continuous platform access
Error-free operation
Guaranteed outcomes
Permanent feature retention

Use is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law:
Team Bros Company LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of TB Worldwide or affiliated brand services.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the applicable brand sector within the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Team Bros Company LLC from claims arising from:

Misuse of the Platform
Violation of these Terms
Violation of brand-specific Terms
Violation of third-party rights

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Team Bros Company LLC is registered.

13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of TB Worldwide constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy applies specifically to TB Worldwide as a centralized hub.

1. Relationship to Brand-Specific Privacy Policies
TB Worldwide operates independently as a hub interface.
Each affiliated brand — including Technical Branding Company and The Worldwide Company — maintains its own Privacy Policy governing the data practices of that specific product or service.
When you:
• Purchase merchandise → Technical Branding Company Privacy Policy applies.
• Subscribe to Worldwide Pro or Premier → The Worldwide Company Privacy Policy applies.
• Use any brand-specific service → the applicable brand Privacy Policy controls.
If conflicts arise, the brand-specific Privacy Policy governs for that service.

2. Information Collected Through TB Worldwide
TB Worldwide may collect:

Name
Email address
Basic account identifiers
Device/browser analytics

Payment information is processed exclusively by third-party providers including:
• Whop
• Gumroad
• Shopify
• Spring
• YouTube
• Other supported platforms
We do not store sensitive financial data.
